In 2022 and 2024, Voters of Tomorrow (VOT) used Impactive to power large-scale, student-led outreach targeting young voters across key battleground states. Their model combines volunteer organizing, digital engagement, and fast-paced execution, all made possible through a platform built to support nationwide advocacy.
In 2022 and 2024, VOT ran a high-frequency peer-to-peer texting program targeting young voters across critical battleground states. The program was fully managed by student leaders in high school and college, who coordinated texting shifts, oversaw volunteer onboarding, and tracked outreach efforts.
Using Impactive’s all-in-one platform, VOT also invested in phone banking as a core part of its outreach strategy. Their calling program scaled quickly, with support from both volunteers and paid phone bankers. The organization focused heavily on authenticity, using real conversations from students to connect with voters in their communities.
Impactive provided the infrastructure VOT needed to manage their programs across multiple channels. From texting to calling, the platform supported a youth-led team with tools that were easy to learn, quick to deploy, and adaptable to changing needs. The Impactive team also provided direct support, including training, technical assistance, and product customization, which helped VOT move quickly and stay focused on their goals.
In 2024, Voters of Tomorrow sent nearly 16 million messages and completed over 300,000 calls, engaging scores of young voters. Across all cycles, their over 3,600 volunteers sent over 24.5 million texts and made almost 700,000 calls. Voters of Tomorrow’s high-volume voter contact campaigns demonstrated what’s possible when young people lead, with digital tools that match the scale of their ambition.
